Case studies and examples from our recent portfolio:190k, 15weeks / Ifeld Rd., Fulham, SW3
Another project with Phillip Bury.
This started out as a 12 week 120 k project converting 2one bedroom flats into a two bedroom flat ground and first floor. Unfortunately as we started thenstrip out it became apparent thar the initial conversion was a typical late 90's developers development. This being a cosmetic conversion hiding poor quality workmanship therefore we had to carry out major Structual works to rectify these issues. The clients were very practical and understanding and took the correct attitude by not compromising on the initial project consequently it became a 16 week 190 K project. I got a lot of satisfaction and feel this is one of the best projects I have carried out as the team worked well together and I feel we read the clients needs well. I do not feel I need to say much more as the photos will do the talking . 32k, 11days / Hache, Fulham, SW3
Another project with Berry and Susie Casey. We were asked if we could move the bar from the rear to the front of the Fulham road site. Also could we install a Cosy corner and new custom built storage units. We started on a Monday morning with the finish date the following Friday at lunchtime. Work involved stripping out existing bar, banquette seating partition wall. We constructed the bar of site in a joinery shop to save time. Once we had bar area ready we installed new bar new electrics new plumbing and decorations. We then on site built and fitted new banquette seating recycling leather seats. We then fitted new custom made storage units and completed decorations on time on budget including design changes all in all another satisfying project . A foot note the bar move has improved the takings of the restaurant !!

tender at a late stage on a recommendation from a local surveyor as a good

started it was apparent that this was not a realistic budget figure. It was

discount on works carried out over and above contract sum. The works

I am so glad that I chose to employ your team: excellent work, on time, on schedule and under budget. I will recommend you for any domestic building job.” "Brian Power Building helped make the daunting task of building new business premises much more enjoyable than it might have been otherwise. Their can-do approach kept the programme rolling and they kept us informed of progress. They regularly discussed options with us to ensure that the finished product met our expectations, and they gave helpful advice based on their experience. We’d use them again, which is probably the best recommendation I can give!" "Well organised, well resourced and a joy to work with" Thought you'd like to see this. |
