Design + Build / 160k, 9 weeks / Hache, Calpham, SW4
Having worked with Berry and Suzy on Hache, Fulham Rd. SW4, we worked on a cost plus basis as there was no architect/surveyor. With Berry’s design background and Suzie’s flare and stylish eye we designed the job as we went along. This was a total refurbishment of an old and tired restaurant. The work comprised of the following:
- stripped out all fixture+fittings back to large walls and floor,
- reconfigured the bar from the rear to the front of the restaurant,
- built a bespoke bar on site,
- re-wired and re-plumbed,
- 1st fix kitchen for a commercial kitchen was installed,
- formed a new concrete base + metal cage to accommodate new fridge freezer,
- laid new oak floor to restaurant and bespoke banquette seating using natural leather on the seats,
- redecorated the entire restaurant and completely refurbished the toilets.
